WHAT TO EXPECT

We sincerely hope you will visit us in person and gain a since of the Lord's presence and power as you worship and are fed the Word of God.  We would love to have the opportunity to share more with you about what the Lord is doing in our church.  Here at GBC, we feel that our ministry to this community can best be described by three key phases:  Real Relationships, Relevant Ministry and Renewed Hearts.

Real Relationships are what people everywhere are looking for.  Our church family is sincere, loving, and accepting of all people.  We are thrilled that the Lord has chosen to allow us to have a very diverse congregation filled with people from various nations and ethnic persuasions.  Our church is a beautiful picture of what heaven will look like and our fellowship is simply a dress rehearsal for what is yet to come.

 

Relevant Ministry is provided for each family member in hopes that we will be able to equip you to be the maturing.  Christ-like person God wants you to be.  We have an ever-growing number of ministries that are designed with your spiritual needs in mind.  Examples include Sunday School (small group Bible Study for all ages), music ministry and discipleship training, outreach ministries designed to reach our community for Christ, youth ministry that address the needs of today's teens, and much more.

 

Renewed Hearts are the result of our time spent with the Lord Jesus through honest worship, powerful prayer and dynamic preaching/teaching.  It is with renewed hearts that we are able to face the challenges of each day and know with great certainty that we are fulfilling the very purpose for which God created us.
